Marriage Services

This section of the site provides information for those wishing to get married at Gurdwara Guru Nanak Parkash, Coventry, what it involves and the purpose of the ceremonies. Also also in this section you will find an explanation of the Lavaa, and a matchmaking service which is provided by the Gurdwara for the community.

The Sikh Marriage ceremony is one, which most Sikhs will embark upon in their lives. The Gurus themselves took on the role of married life and by this example we follow and live together in a family environment as Gursikhs.
